Intellectual property

The Service (software, design, branding) belongs to the Service. Third-party names and content belong to their owners.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that results will be accurate, complete, safe, or relevant.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA/PROFITS. Our total liability is limited to USD $100, unless law requires otherwise.

Termination / changes / governing law

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or others. We may update these Terms and change the "Last updated" date; continued use means acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, with disputes handled in Tel Aviv, unless applicable law says otherwise.
